Extreme Steam: We travel around the country to take part in major steam events during 2001 and 2002. These still pictures are actual scenes ("frame captures") from the Pentrex video Extreme Steam.
Canadian Pacific Hudson 2816 pulls a short passenger consist out of a tunnel near Yale, British Columbia on May 13, 2002.
The train continues east through the Thompson River Canyon. Canadian National's track can be seen on the opposite bank.

Milwaukee Road 4-8-4 261 crosses a bridge in northern Minesota May 18, 2002.
Milwaukee 261 and its excursion train leave Duluth May 19, 2002 for the return trip to Minneapolis.
The shiny black 4-8-4 sounds great as it rounds a curve at Brook Park.
