No Longer Available in VHS In November of 1986, the Santa Fe Railway approached Pentrex regarding a joint project. The railroad needed an employee training tape on the operation of the new End of Train Devices. With a script provided by Santa Fe, the shoot took place in San Bernardino, California over a two-day period. It's a detailed presentation on the operation of the new equipment. With most of today's trains traveling without cabooses, these devices allow crews to monitor the direction of movement of the rear of the train and confirm air pressure.
